Time Between Client and Server is Not Synchronized

If you receive a message that looks like this:



This message is telling you that your PC clock - likely in Windows - is not correct.


This is an aspect of software protection that prevents someone from "back-dating" the clock on their PC to defeat the license and copy-protections in the software.


Normally, the reasons for this are that:

  • you may not have your PC set to the correct time zone
  • have not selected the correct daylight saving's time setting
  • may have set the PC to the time in UTC (GMT) without putting it in the correct timezone


One the time is correct and within 600 seconds, the key will activate the software normally.
