If you get a response in License Key Manager that your license key has been revoked, there are only a few reasons this can happen:
- You requested, and received, a refund for your software purchase. In these cases - following a refund, the license key is revoked. The solution in this case is to make another software purchase.
- You may have purchased the software multiple times. Because each customer needs only one license key, an additional software purchase creates a new key and your old key is revoked. This is done to keep a customer to a limit of one key per customer.
- In very rare cases, customers violate the terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA) that prevents things like sharing your license key with others or participating in unauthorized distribution of the software. In these cases, please contact sales to discuss the EULA violation and seek a remedy.
