It is possible to have multiple logbook databases in Ham Radio Deluxe Logbook.


CAUTION: Using multiple logs for Worked Status Indicators (WSIs) as mentioned later will slow the performance of logbook. It is best to only create multiple logs when one of these circumstances exist:


  • You have multiple ACTIVE callsigns
  • You are a a QSL manager


Otherwise, multiple log databases can slow the performance of Logbook.


Creating Additional Log Databases


There are two ways to do this.


  • Click the "Open"button in the upper left toolbar in Logbook
  • Click File > Open Logbook


Once you have done this, you will see a dialog box similar to the following:



Click "Create New Database" and repeat this for each active or managed call.
