There are times we will ask for a "screenshot" (picture of your screen) to be added to a support request. The screenshot is very simple to do.

Windows 10 has a built-in utility called "Snip & Sketch" designed to do screenshots.

We ask that you attach your screenshot to your response to your support ticket. To "attach" screenshots or files to your support request usually depends on the software you are using to read and reply to our messages. Please see the documentation for your messaging software for instructions on "How to add attachments" to your messages.
