From time-to-time, we may ask you for screenshots or images from your PC.
Images of your PC taken with a phone or packed into a document (Word or PDF) are difficult to read.
Windows Snipping Tool is a tool included in Microsoft Windows that enables you to easily take full or partial screenshots of what you see on the screen. You can then paste these images into an email or a response in the support site, or save the images as a JPG or PNG.
To access Windows Snipping Tool, type "snip" into Windows search and run the application as shown here:
