How to Keep Our Emails Out of Your Spam Folder (Gmail)

HRD Software using commercially available outbound email platforms that tracks email for Delivery, Open, Click, and various from of failures. These systems do not fail to send email requested by our customers.


Our email domain is hrdsoftwarellc.com.


The most likely reason you are not finding our emails is that they have been received into your Spam folder.


Using Gmail as the example, let's ensure that emails from HRD Software do not end up in your Spam folder.


To do this, you must create a filter in your Gmail account as follows:


Whitelist emails from HRD Software in Gmail, create a filter in your Gmail account:


1. Open Gmail settings (gear icon)


2. Then click “See all settings”

3. Then click the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab


4. Then click "Create a new filter"

5. In the "From" field, enter hrdsoftwarellc.com


6. Click "Create filter"

7. Select "Never send it to Spam" and click "Create filter" again to confirm.

Emails from hrdsoftwarellc.com will now bypass your spam folder and go directly to your Inbox.


Other platforms like Yahoo and Outlook have similar processes. Consult the instructions for your email platform.
