I am trying to post a ticket because I started getting an error today every time I try to launch any part of HRD. However, I don't seem able to post a ticket. Each time I try, I get the message that I have been restricted from using this support forum.


I am still within the paid support time period. My callsign is N3VH.

Yes, Me too, WTH? 

I was able to finally post a ticket but I did it without logging in. Maybe that will work for you Gary.

No one was restricted from using the support site.


We contacted Freshdesk support and they found a problem that was preventing people from logging in. They quickly solved this problem and everything is back to normal.
