Lookup issue

 When I type in an callsign in the lookup window, intermittently, only the Callsign information appears but the Licensee or Country information does not show. I only see the headers. If I proceed to log the station, the logbook freezes up and locks up with a notification that program is not responding and its necessary to close the logbook through the Task Manager. 

If I restart the entire program a prompt comes up saying that the logbook is already running. I check the task manager and there is not a logbook running

I am running Windows 7/64 bit and HRD301

Any ideas?
