Normally when I enter a call in the lookup window, the window is populated with Callsign, Licensee and Country information.
Intermittently, now when I do a lookup the Licensee and Country info is not showing.
Just the header for each.
If the latter is true, I cannot enter the missing information manually. If I proceed with logging the station, the logbook freezes and it is necessary to close the program through the task manager.
If I attempt to restart the HRD, I get a message telling me that the logbook is already running. If I check Task Manager, there is no logbook showing.
