HRD Support Staff Limited Schedule During Dayton Hamvention

All but one full-time member of the HRD Software staff will be attending Dayton. For that reason, sales and technical support will be unavailable after normal business hours on Wednesday, May 16th until we return on Monday, May 21st. Thank you in-advance for your patience.

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.
