In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

PLEASE READ:
Because we continually include bug-fixes with each release, we will recommend that you upgrade to our most recent build as part of the trouble-shooting process. We recommend that you do this before creating the help ticket.

If you are inquiring about your software activation key, please check your purchase receipt from "HRD Sales" with the Subject that contains "Order HRDLL-yyyymmddhhmm-xxxxxx" (where hhmm is in EST and "xxxxxx" is a sequential order number). Your software activation key is listed under "PURCHASED ITEMS" (unless the callsign field did not include a callsign).

If you have purchased from us since 6/6/2017 and made your purchase without using "Express Checkout", you can also lookup your software activation key. Please CLICK HERE to log into your account. Then click on "Orders", find the most recent order, and click "Order Details".
